Definition

Cannabis is an exceptionally complicated plant. Kush is arguably the most famous variety of cannabis. The name comes from the Hindu Kush Mountains which are on the border of Afghanistan and Pakistan. But what is Kush, precisely?

Kush is a specific variety of cannabis which has some or all of the following features:

• Deep green leaves, with some golden or orange hairs. The buds are often chunky also
• Kush strains are very smelly and the aroma is often described as floral, earthy and herbal
• It has a smooth taste of citrus and sometimes diesel.
• Kush is mostly known for its heavy and sedative effects. However, as is common with weed, the strain has a lot of diversity depending on the phenotype and what is had been bred with.
