These things are a perfect size. I can eat just one and feel pretty mellow yellow. If I eat 2 I am going to sleep good. That's how I know how to dose myself out. Great for sleeping, but also great for feeling stoend during the day if that's what you're into. It really depends which ones you buy. Their prefect dosage system really makes it easy to plan your highs around how you want to feel, and there's little risk of eating too much.
